HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

 

Standard delivery to anywhere in Ireland is free when you spend over €50 and costs just €4.95 if you spend less.

Standard delivery to anywhere in UK is free when you spend over £100 and costs just £6 if you spend less.

Standard European delivery costs just €8 for all orders.

 

HOW LONG DOES STANDARD DELIVERY TAKE?

 

Standard delivery to Ireland can take up to 2-3 working days.

Standard delivery to the UK takes up to 4 working days, although most orders take 2 working days.

Standard delivery to mainland Europe takes between 4 and 8 working days.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AVAILABLE WHEN YOU TRY TO DELIVERY MY ORDER?

 

If you are unavailable, we’ll leave a card with contact details so that you can give the courier a call and re-arrange the delivery or arrange to collect your order.

 

DO I HAVE TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?

 

Yes, you will need to sign for the package.

 

CAN YOU LEAVE MY ORDER WITH A NEIGHBOUR OR LEAVE IT IN A HIDING PLACE ?

 

Because packages left with neighbours or in hiding places often go missing we don’t allow it. In fact, you’ll need to sign for your package.

 

WHO WILL DELIVER MY ORDER?

 

In Ireland, your order will be delivered by An Post.

In the UK, your order will be delivered by An Post.

In Europe, your delivery will be handled by An Post.

ParcelMotel, your delivery will be handled by Nightline.

 

HOW WILL I KNOW THAT MY ORDER IS READY TO BE DELIVERED?

 

We’ll send you an email to let you know when your order will be out for delivery, this is as long as you have provided your email address.

RETURNS

 

Please note: We do not accept returns on “Sale Items “. However, because of our unbelievable pricing, sale items are few and far between!

 

 

Our product is awesome! If, for some reason, you change your mind about your purchase after receiving delivery of the products, you can return them within 14 days of the purchase. Please note, you must e-mail The Man’s drawer Ltd. to say that the goods are being returned and dispatch them by a suitable secure method of postal delivery which can be tracked.

Please note the products will remain at your own risk from the time you send them until they have been actually received by The Man’s Drawer Ltd. as evidenced by the tacking.

 

Once our awesome products have not been damaged or soiled, we will refund you the full price paid but unfortunately we can not incur the delivery charges of sending the goods back.

 

A refund would be made by the original method of payment and you will get confirmation e mail..

 

If the condition of the products is unsatisfactory, we will contact you in relation to any

problems and any necessary full or partial deduction of refund.

 

You should note that the refund may take 5-7 working days to appear in your account. However, we try to process as fast as possible.

 

If by some chance the product received by you is damaged or faulty, you should let us know immediately and we will ensure that you receive all your rights under the law.
